Faculty Development Program, in the Department of Information Technology, was conducted by the Oracle Company, in February 2010. It imparted the training on Java Platform. The faculty members were given exposure to Java Standard Edition (SL275 SE6) and Java Enterprise Edition (SL314) modules. The training was conducted in a very professional manner by Mr. Vikram Singh Rajput, The Training Co-ordinator. The training was attended by Mr. Sandeep Kad & Mr. Jagdeep Singh, Lecturers in the Department, and successfully completed both these modules.
Conferences, Seminars and Workshops
Mr. Rajeev Mahajan AP, presented a paper in International Conference on “Computational Electrical & Bioinformatics Engineering” organized by World Academy of Science, Engineering & Technology at Singapore in August 2009.
A workshop on “Optimization Techniques” was organized in Amritsar by GGS Khalsa College, Sarhali in October 2009. It was attended by Mr. Sandeep Kad, Lecturer in the Department.
