FEE

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

  • Mention the admission test being followed, name and address of the Test Agency and its URL (website).
    Combined Entrance Test (CET) conducted by Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. Website of the University is : www.ptu.ac.in         
    2/3rd seats are filled by PTU through centralized (CET) counseling.
    1/3rd seats are filled by management following the guidelines issued by PTU & Punjab Government from time to time.
  1. Number of seats allotted to different Test Qualified candidates separately [AIEEE/CET (State conducted test/University tests)/Association conducted test]
    Of the total allotted seats, 66% are filled through CET Counselling conducted by PTU out of which, provision is made to fill 15% seats against AIEEE rank.
  2. Calendar for admission against management/vacant seats:
    As per Government and PTU notifications / guidelines  apart from PTU schedule and CET brochure.

  • List of candidates whose applications have been received along-with percentile/percentage score for each of the qualifying examination in separate categories for open seats.  List of candidates who have applied along with percentage and percentile score for Management quota seats.
     Record of those students admitted by PTU through centralized counselling remains with the University while the students who apply for admission against management quota seats are admitted after determination of their eligibility as per PTU rules.
