While the youth, at large, are complaining that they are not getting jobs, employers have  grouse that they are not getting suitable candidates.  The world economy today is far more dependent on science and technology than ever before.  Globalization has accentuated the divide between supply and demand for intellectual and talented young professionals. To contribute to abridge this gap, ACET came into being in July 2002, obtained the prestigious ISO 9001 : 2000 certification in 2003 and is now engaged in the process to become the first engineering and professional College of the state to get itself registered with NBA(National Board of Accreditation) and UGC (University Grants Commission ). Again, ours will be the first Engineering College in Punjab to start regular full time  M.Tech. in Electronics Engineering to be followed by M. Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.  Indian Technical Ability is well recognized and adopted generously because of the various Work Force Development Programmes initiated in its development.  Placements are a hallmark of a quality institute. 

Our motto has been and will always be that our students are placed in national as well as multinational companies at hefty pay packages. During the last two years, our students have been able to make their way into Wipro, HCL Technologies, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, L & T  InfoTech, Dell, ICICI Prudential,  Birla Soft and so many others.  Hard work has no substitute and there is no short cut  to success are common notions and that is why we all at ACET are engaged round the clock to realize the visionary dreams of the Management.  We are committed to excellence in the provision of value-based education through various horizons which is quite evident from our state-of-the-art technology, infrastructure and comprehensive programmes related to education service to students.
